On the road with too much work to do.

Well, we have pulled into this great little spot called Curt Gowdy State Park between Cheyenne and Laramie, WY and have been stuck in the office pretty much the whole time. There are a slew of projects that have come through the hopper over the last couple weeks and we have gotten behind. So, office bound it is. Today marked a good point in getting out about half of the stuff we needed to do. Don't think I am only in side the trailer though. In "spare time" or on coffee breaks, I have been going back to the roots of tool making and started creating gluts and mauls. The original wedges and hammers. Look it up. Check the photo and look for the wooden wedge, used to split long sections of log, and the wooden club, used to hit the wooden wedge. This part has been fun. Maybe the thunder will hold off for a ride this afternoon, if not then tomorrow morning before we head to Jackson, Wy. If anyone from there ever checks out this blog, get in touch. Otherwise...see you on the trail.
